Annual subscribers receive a full refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscribers may request a pro-rated refund for unused months at our discretion.
After a refund is processed, your account reverts to the free plan. Your study history, progress, and streak data are fully retained — you don't lose anything.
